Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  • Ensure all ingredients are prepped and ready before starting, as the cooking process moves quickly.

Step 2: Cook the Eggs

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked.
  3. Remove the eggs from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Stir-Fry the Vegetables

  1. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
